Penn Cove Sailing Club is a boutique sailing charter company based on Whidbey Island, Washington, providing personalized sailing tours and instruction for groups of up to four.
Our mission is to connect locals and visitors with the beauty of Penn Cove and the San Juan Islands through immersive sailing experiences that foster exploration, learning, and meaningful connections.
Sail to the historic Rosario resort

Walk up sailing tours
Join us for our two-hour walk-up sailing experience when you see us moored at the Coupeville pier with our "Sail with us" flag flying from the mast. This flexible tour allows us to offer charters at a moment's notice when we're not already booked, giving everyone in the community a chance to venture beyond the pier.
